Greetings! Thank you for visiting my site. Let me tell you a bit about myself. I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, BIE Practitioner, Reiki Master and IET Master-Instructor® who graduated with first class honors from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition and The Institute of Natural Health Technologies. My journey into holistic health began years ago where interests led me to attend Transformational Arts College where I began my many studies in holistic health and energy work. Holistic medicine quickly became a passion for me but unfortunately not always my main focus. For a number of years I worked in the business world dealing with people on many different levels acquiring customer service skills that allowed me to gain the knowledge and clear understanding on how to meet people's needs with care and efficiency.
After becoming a mother to my two beautiful daughters, my focus on health grew stronger, and my passion to strive for health and wellness surfaced. Having a daughter who suffers from an Anxiety disorder, and having struggled with depression and anxiety myself throughout my life, I realized how important it was to really connect to spirit and live in your truth everyday. It became my main concern, not only for my family and I, but for everyone around me as well. Health is a process of self-realization and soul-actualization; we all have the power within us. Integrated with my past experience, I assist my clients in realizing that they too can achieve vitality by focusing on reaching that power within. My approach is filled with enthusiasm and compassion. We are all part of a bigger collective consciousness and we are all here to learn from and be part of this reality... everyone has a story to tell. By allowing me to connect to the angels and channeling through the healing angels of the energy field, we can create homeostasis, release blocks, balancing energies and allow the body to heal naturally, quickly and effectively on all levels so they you can live to your fullest potential and fulfill your life's purpose.
